In life many of us tend to overthink things. We worry about money, relationships, friends, food, clothes, etc. This is a normal part of being human.
The problem is that our reptilian brains are still stuck in survival mode. This means that even when everything is ok, your brain finds new things to worry about. This is a mental problem that only you can take control of and fix.
